Generica GmbH processes personal and company-related data on each respective user, in other words data provided by the user, as well as order data, details on accepted and executed orders, frequency of the user’s access, and the identity of the IP address.

These data are used for the purposes of preparing quotes, handling orders, fine-tuning our range of offerings to meet the users’ requirements, and for optimizing our website’s content. We only pass on data of this nature to third parties when required by law or when necessary in the interests of preventing any form of misuse. These data are also passed on to our IT service provider if regarded as necessary.   

Your attention is drawn to the fact that you may withdraw your consent with effect for the future in respect of this data protection declaration; in such event your access to the protected zone will end accordingly. The implementation and handling of legal transactions that have already been agreed will not be affected hereby.
